In this position, you’re responsible for preparing the implementation of the management system, into the daily operations of Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
•Support the data/info gathering
•Preparation, implementation, support and maintenance of the HRIS management system: data check and validation and run testing
•Development of standard reports and special requests
•Update user procedures, guidelines and documentation
•Knowledge of HR functional operations and HR information systems, principles, methods, and practices
•Ideally : Experience of personnel administrative work from a AniCura clinic, preferably from “Best Practice clinic”
•Good Planning and organization competences, attention to details, ability to effectively communicate on complex issues, ate ease with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities, good problem-solving , good interpersonal skills, Teamwork and collaboration skills.
•Very Knowledge and experienced user of Excel, at ease with Outlook, Teams
•Experience of working in dynamic, changing environments in complex/immature business, handling multiple high-level tasks under pressure.
•Bachelor degree in HR, or related functions
•Spanish / Portuguese and good level of English
•Work/ report remotely •Availably to travel within country occasionally as / if needed to the Clinics / within the country
