We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for Iberia who will play a key role in driving a strategic, proactive approach to veterinary recruitment. This position is focused on direct search and talent pipeline creation for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV), anticipating business needs and building long‑term talent communities.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. The TA Partner will act as a market expert and strategic advisor, responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Search & Strategic Sourcing
Lead direct search (headhunting) activities for Veterinarians and ATV profiles, with a strong focus on passive candidates.
Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent ahead of open vacancies.
Conduct talent mapping for Iberia by region, specialty, seniority, and criticality.
Build long‑term relationships with key professionals in the veterinary market.
Talent Database & Pipeline Management
Create, structure, and continuously maintain strategic talent databases for veterinary profiles.
Ensure data quality, segmentation, and traceability to enable future‑focused recruitment.
Use pipelines as a strategic tool to reduce time‑to‑hire and increase hiring quality.
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
Act as an employer brand ambassador for the organization within the veterinary community.
Participate in job fairs, congresses, universities, and events focused on veterinary talent.
Communicate a compelling employee value proposition, including professional development, clinical excellence, learning opportunities, and culture.
Innovation in Talent Acquisition
Propose and implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies, exploring new channels, formats, and approaches.
Collaborate with Hospitals and Clinics to design initiatives that differentiate the organization in the market.
Continuously analyze market trends and adapt attraction strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with clinics and hospitals to deeply understand hiring needs and profile requirements.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic guidance.
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
Required Profile
Experience
Solid experience at least of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in healthcare, clinical, pharma or highly specialized environments.
Proven experience in direct search / proactive sourcing.
Experience recruiting veterinary, healthcare, or technical profiles is highly valued.
Based in Madrid.
